Sancon 200 Urethane mortar lining is a single coat spray-on system, which uses 100% solids elastomeric polyurethane and special aggregates to produce a high strength flexible and corrosion-resistant liner. Fast cure allows the structure to be returned to immersion service with-in (4) hours.

Specifically developed for rebuilding deteriorated concrete surfaces in one step, providing both strength and corrosion protection. Unlike normal coatings, Sancon 200 cannot blister or peel as it becomes a structural element upon application. Sancon 200 is warrantied for 5 years.
